The Pragati training program is particularly good and valuable for us as we must keep ourselves updated about newer technologies in the field. It strengthened my technical skills and proved to be a great learning experience, especially with the practical designing and planning sessions. Nice balance of theory and practice.
There was a little gap in learning methods like how to communicate, how to work in a smarter way, use excel in lesser time, manage time, build teamwork, and how to make a plan for the next coming days, how to maintain the relationship with the team, how to play as a team. But by the end of the Pragati program, I’m excellent in all the technical parts and skills. They have provided a shortcut keys list for saving time while working on an excel sheet. The main motivation is to guide all the participants to use short formulas of basic’s mathematics and statistics in an excel sheet.
The session was very useful because of VLOOKUP. How to quickly summarize a large amount of data in an interactive way. We learned so many things in PowerPoint like how to organize things, fit them into windows, reuse slides, add another PowerPoint link in existing slides, animations, etc.., Time needs to be managed by planning the work into three categories urgent but not important, important but not urgent, and urgent and important. Plan for the week with help of these categories and execute for the entire week and will see the difference also and if any requirements, we can take the manager’s help for the executing plan.
Teamwork plays an important role, and we must maintain a win-win relationship. We must consider factors that are important for developing ourselves and how can we be effective during meetings and so. It helps me judge myself at the end of the training program. Gain insights into my capabilities, learn new things and make me comfortable to adopt the techniques with which I need to do things. Learn to blend with teammates when it is a group.
